When the Wound Becomes The Identity
Treating Personality Disorders with EMDR
This 6 hour training explores the development of attachment styles, the impact of relational trauma, and the connection to personality disorders. Provide EMDR evidence-based interventions to support healing and emotional regulation. Participants will examine how early relational experiences shape attachment patterns from infancy through adulthood, influencing emotional and behavioral responses. The course will also provide insight into recognizing the signs and symptoms of relational trauma across developmental stages and its effects on self-esteem, coping mechanisms, and interpersonal relationships. Additionally, participants will gain practical skills in applying therapeutic techniques that foster secure attachment, enhance emotional regulation, and promote recovery from relational trauma.
