This 3 hour advanced training explores the complex dynamics of transference and countertransference as they manifest across therapeutic, supervisory, and organizational relationships. Grounded in psychodynamic theory, trauma-informed care, and the Adaptive Information Processing (AIP) model, this course provides participants with a comprehensive understanding of how relational patterns—conscious and unconscious—impact clinical outcomes, ethical decision-making, and professional dynamics.

This training incorporates the AIP theory to illuminate how early maladaptive experiences become activated in professional relationships, offering pathways for resolution through trauma-informed, relationally attuned work.

This program is open to all licensed clinicians.

While the course evaluation is not required to receive CE credits, we highly value your feedback and encourage you to complete it. The system will automatically release your certificate after you have completed and passed the quiz.
