Policies & Terms

Grievance Policy:
We seek to ensure equitable treatment of every person and to make every attempt to resolve grievances in a fair manner. Please submit a written grievance to Kenya Rocha at [email protected] . Grievances would receive, to the best of our ability, corrective action in order to prevent further problems.

Cancellation Policy:
We will allow refunds up to 3 days after the purchase of this program less a $50 processing fee.

Cancellations after that are non-refundable.
