She has trained EMDR clinicians since 2014 and taught EMDR Basic Training since 2017, and is one of approximately 230 EMDRIA Approved Trainers globally. She is the Founder and Clinical Director of MOSAIC Family Counseling Center in Urbandale, Iowa.
