CIDP - CID/ATIP - The CPR of Psychological Trauma

Overview

CIDP course is designed to assist first person providers in de-escalating persons who may be out of their window of emotional tolerance, highly escalated or unable to manage the overwhelming thoughts and emotions that come with traumatic experiences or experiences that cause high emotional responses. This set of protocols assist the brain in moving past the trauma to be more able to access the thinking/problem solving part of the brain and not be stuck in the emotional trauma or negative thoughts that accompany difficult situations.

For use by first responders, emergency room personnel, residential workers, school personnel, teachers, counselors, advocates, case managers and anyone else working with highly emotional situations.
